Getting Started -- $199
Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation, symptom review, and laboratory evaluation. Based on your symptoms, goals, and lab results, your provider will develop a personalized treatment plan.
Optimization Phase --$125/mo
The first several months of hormone therapy are focused on finding the dosage and treatment plan that works best for you.
During this period:
• Follow-up visits are typically scheduled monthly.
• Prescriptions are generally provided in 30-day supplies.
• Medication adjustments may be made based on symptoms, response to treatment, and laboratory findings.
• Additional follow-up visits may be required if changes to therapy are needed.
Maintenance Phase -- $125/visit
Once your symptoms are well controlled and your dosage has remained stable, your provider may transition you to a maintenance schedule.
During this phase:
• Follow-up visits are typically every 3 months.
• Prescriptions may be provided in 90-day supplies when clinically appropriate.
• Ongoing monitoring remains important to ensure continued safety and effectiveness.
**If symptoms return or medication adjustments become necessary, more frequent follow-up may be recommended.
Optional Concierge Membership -- $125/mo
For patients seeking additional access and convenience, we offer an optional concierge-style membership program.
Membership patients enjoy many of the same benefits offered through our Direct Primary Care program, including expanded access to the clinic and additional visits when needed without additional office visit charges.

Hormone Pellets -- $450
Subcutaneous hormone pellets, which provide consistent, long-lasting relief for 3–6 months — no daily pills or creams required.

O-shot: sexual wellness treatment
The O-Shot treatment is for women suffering from the symptoms of menopause, loss of libido, and a loss of sexual health. We will integrate your own blood platelets into the O-shot to boost blood flood and new tissue development in the vaginal region, effectively reversing the effects of age and hormonal changes.
