Getting Started -- $199

Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation, symptom review, physical assessment, and laboratory evaluation. Based on your symptoms, goals, and lab results, your provider will develop a personalized treatment plan.

Optimization Phase -- $125/mo

The first several months of therapy are focused on finding the dosage and treatment plan that works best for you.

During this phase:

• Follow-up visits are typically scheduled monthly for at least the first 6 months.

• Prescriptions are generally provided in 30-day supplies.

• Medication adjustments may be made based on symptoms, response to treatment, and laboratory findings.

• Additional follow-up visits may be required if changes to therapy are needed.

The goal of this phase is to safely optimize treatment while monitoring your response and ensuring appropriate hormone levels.

Maintenance Phase -- $125/visit

Once your symptoms are well controlled and your dosage has remained stable, your provider may transition you to a maintenance schedule.

During this phase:

• Follow-up visits are typically every 3 months.

• Prescriptions may be provided in 90-day supplies when clinically appropriate.

• Ongoing monitoring and laboratory testing remain important to ensure continued safety and effectiveness.

**If symptoms return, side effects develop, or medication adjustments become necessary, more frequent follow-up may be recommended.

In-Office Injection Program -- $125/mo

Patients who require or prefer weekly testosterone injections administered in our office are required to maintain an active monthly membership.

This allows for scheduled weekly injections, ongoing monitoring, and enhanced access to our clinical team.

Patients who self-administer their prescribed medications at home are not required to maintain a membership and may follow the standard treatment and follow-up schedule outlined above.

Optional Concierge Membership -- $125/mo

For patients seeking additional access and convenience, we offer an optional concierge-style membership program.

Membership patients enjoy many of the same benefits offered through our Direct Primary Care program, including expanded access to the clinic, additional visits when needed, and enhanced support from our healthcare team without additional office visit charges.

Hormone Pellet Therapy -- $950

Subcutaneous testosterone pellet insertion
